Are Google’s Social Reports Inaccurate?

In our latest observed case, Google+ reported only 25% of the +1’s on the page we monitored. 

Is this a bug?

Navigate to Traffic > +1 Reports > Activity > All +1’s and you will see something like this:

Bing Improves Webmaster Tools with Changes to Site Activities Widget

Bing made a new move to improvem the data provided to webmasters through Bing Webmaster tools. The new change affected the activities widget found in the Bing WT dashboard.
