Low-Confidence Knowledge Graph Results

I haven’t seen this feature before, but it looks like Google now displays “low confidence” or borderline cases in the knowledge graph results.

I tested this on a person search (“Mike Hudson“). What comes up is “See results about” with a generic image and no actual face:

When you roll over with a mouse, it changes the style and encourages a click. Once clicked, the results show full details for “Mike Hudson”:

I am not sure if this is a case of Google not being sure about whether knowledge graph results would be useful or not confident about the relevance of the knowledge graph result itself.
