you could just share the domain: disavow lists – this way unless that is the ONLY site that whole domain links out to, they can have no way of knowing who your client is – the other issue is this can be negative seo’ed

if I share my disavow links with you, sometimes I would share some information of my customer also through the link data. It’s not good. Many people may think as I think before cooperating with you on this project. Could you give your thought on that?
