On Thursday, December 27, 2012 our web server was attacked when somebody tried to hack our CMS admin password. I decided to visualise the attack on the busy server through log file analysis. It’s a game of pong!

My first computer was called Orao (not Oreo), which translates to “Eagle” and it featured a whopping 16K of RAM. According to Wikipedia, this 8-bit computer was a superior version to its predecessor Galeb (Seagull) and was released in 1984 as a standard school computer in Yugoslavia.

Last week I noticed that my follower count was nearly 3000 and started paying attention in hope to catch the 3000th one and make a little fuss over it. Once you are in the thousands of followers, they tend to jump up and down but Dave Byrne was the one that nudged me into 3000 for the first time.
