Google Analytics Multi-Channel Funnels – Great Improvement for Tracking Conversions

With the recent barrage of updates we have seen from Google it is no wonder that today they rolled a new one to Google Analytics. Earlier today Google announced a new update to the +1 button, and a few days after the new sessions measures in Google Analytics we now have multi-channel funnels for all users.

 

Google Rolls out New Improvements to +1 Button

Google +1 button is definitely winning over most of the bloggers and webmasters. It’s the new Like or Tweet button with one exception, it comes from the search engine we rely on for the greatest amount of out traffic, so we have to love it, incorporate it and use it.

 

Spikes in Analytics? Google and Bing Updates Confuse Webmasters

Before that we had to use websites and plugins like TinEye, which works quite well actually. Now Google expands more into their image search after the redesign by adding recent images function.

 

Yahoo Site Explorer Shutting Down This Year

Yahoo has just announced on their blog that they will be shutting down one of the most popular backlinks tools, Yahoo Site Explorer.

According to their announcement they have been putting much effort into Bing webmaster tools and the transition from Yahoo to Bing.
